二、课程基本要求（或课程简介）

《分析化学》课程是药学专业的一门重要的专业基础课。分析化学是研究关于物质的组成、含量、结构和形态等化学信息的分析方法及理论的科学，在无机化学、有机化学、物理学、高等数学等课程的基础上开设。本课程的主要任务是使学生掌握分析化学的基本理论知识和基本操作技术，培养学生观察和判断问题的能力、细致严谨的科学作风、正确和熟练的实验操作技能。

通过《分析化学》课程的学习，使学生明确与药学各专业有关的分析化学基本概念和基本原理，知晓重点相关知识、技术在药学中的应用，为后续药物化学、药物分析和药物制剂等专业课程的学习和将来投身社会主义建设打下良好的基础。

Analytical Chemistryis an important professionalbasic course of traditional Chinese medicine field which mainly research about the component, content, structure and shape of matter. Offering on the basis that students have studied, such as Inorganic Chemistry,Organic Chemistry, etc., main tasks of this course are making the students to grasp basic knowledge，theories and skills about analytical chemistry, understanding how to determine the structure through analytical method, establishing correct concept of quantity, training the ability to observe, judge and solve the problem, nurturing careful and rigorous working style.

Through the study of Analytical Chemistry, students will be able to define the basic concepts and basic principles of analytical chemistry related to various pharmacy majors, and know the application of key knowledge and technology in pharmacy. The study of the course lays a good foundation for follow-up professional courses study such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Pharmaceutical Preparations etc.，as well as socialism construction in the future.
