二、课程基本要求(或课程简介)

分析化学是我校预防医学专业必修的专业课,研究预防医学领域中与健康相关化学物质的质、量及其变化规律。它以仪器分析为基础,为学生讲授预防医学中学习专业课程和从事生产实习时所必需的分析化学的基本概念、基本理论、基本操作技能以及前沿分析技术。在预防医学领域中,分析化学的理论、方法和技术有着广泛的应用,如环境污染检测、职业中毒检验、食品营养成分分析、食品添加剂及有害物质分析等。卫生化学是一门实践性很强的学科,教学中应注意理论联系实际,提倡亲自动手操作,正确使用各种分析仪器,同时培养学生严谨的科学态度和实事求是的学风。

Analytical chemistry is a compulsory course for preventive medicine major in our school. It mainly focuses on the quality, quantity and variation of health-related chemicals in the field of preventive medicine. Based on instrumental analysis, it expounds the basic concepts, basic theories, basic operation skills and frontier analysis techniques of analytical chemistry necessary for learning professional courses and engaging in production practice in preventive medicine. In the field of preventive medicine, the theory, method and technology of analytical chemistry have been widely used, such as environmental pollution detection, occupational poisoning test, food nutrition analysis, food additives and harmful substances analysis. Analytical chemistry is a very practical subject. In the teaching process, we should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, advocate manual operation, and correctly use various analytical instruments. At the same time, we should cultivate students ' rigorous scientific attitude and realistic style of study.
