中药药剂学实验室

教学实验中心中药药剂学实验室成立于2003年,位于4号楼四楼五楼,主要为中药学专业本科课程中药药剂学、药学综合性实验、药剂综合性实验等提供实验教学服务。根据实验教学需要,本实验室设有综合性实验室4间(其中一间为大学生科创及本科毕业设计开放性实验室)、旋转蒸发仪器室、大学生科学创新仪器室、中药药剂学仪器室等,总占地面积1000M2。现有专职技术人员共8人,其中研究员1人,高级实验师1人,实验师6人,其中硕士以上学历者6人。在完成实验准备工作的基础上,我们还提供实验课程主讲与带教、虚拟实验课程开发、实验室安全管理、仪器的使用与维护、实验室与实验技术SOP、实验课程开发等实验教学服务工作。


一、实验教学 

中药药剂学实验室目前主要承担中药学、药学等专业,涉及中药专业本科、夜大的实验教学准备工作和部分实验课程的主讲及带教任务。教学内容涵盖了中药及药学类专业11门实验课程,主要有中药学专业技能训练、药剂综合性实验、中药化学实验、中药药剂学实验等课程的102个实验项目。

二、教学实验的准备工作

实验技术人员负责课程中实验试剂、药材、药品、玻璃仪器的清点、采购、预实验、课前准备及课后回收等工作。


三、实验带教工作

根据实验课程的需要和实验技术人员实验技能特长,参与了《天然大分子化学》、《PRACTICAL CHEMISTRY IV》等课程的仪器操作带教工作。


四、实验课程主讲

目前,科室部分实验技术人员已参与《中药新药药学研究技术与方法》、《中药学专业实验技能训练》等课程的实验主讲工作,展现了实验技术人员在实验技术上的优势。


 

五、《中药学专业技能操作训练》课程


《中药学专业实验技能训练》 是专门针对我校中药学专业学生的实验技能培训和考核而设置的一门必修课,是《中药学基本实验技能训练》课程的延续。该课程设立多模块小班化教学。现已设立中药压片技术、中药炮制技术、中药制丸技术、高效液相技术、薄层色谱技术、中药鉴定技术、动物实验操作技术、中药真伪鉴别技术等八个模块。



六、仪器的管理与维护

中药学实验室现有原子吸光光度计、中药压片机、中药制丸机、中药滴丸机、中药片剂四用仪、旋转蒸发仪等仪器,实验技术人员负责机器的日常维护工作。

 


七、大学生创新活动与实验室开放

近三年来,本实验室多位老师参与了本科生毕业实习的带教工作和大学生创新活动的指导工作,并提供多个可供学生自主学习和实验的平台。近三年团队共指导大学生科创项目13项。并先后指导学生参加全国各类大学生创新创业和实验技能竞赛获奖15项,包括全国“挑战杯”二等奖1项、上海市“挑战杯”特等奖1项、世界大学生药学/中药学创新创业大赛国际组特等奖1项、全国药学/中药学创新创业大赛特等奖2项及全国药学/中药学大学生实验技能大赛获特等奖6项等,并且指导团队还注重自身教学能力的培养,更好地指导大学生项目,教学成果获国家级虚拟仿真项目1项、上海教学成果奖一等奖1项。教师获全国药学/中药学实验教学改革大赛特等奖和一等奖各1项。
