有机化学是药学专业的一门重要专业基础课,同时也是一门实践性强、应用性广的学科,是探索药学未知领域的最基本的手段。有机化学也是药学专业学生学习分析化学、物理化学、生物化学、药物化学、天然药物化学和药理学等后续课程的基础。有机化学课程包括理论和实验两部分,理论课程主要介绍各类有机化合物的命名、结构特征、物理性质、化学性质、用途、来源和制备方法等。实验课程由基本操作实验和合成制备实验组成,帮助学生了解和掌握学过的化学知识,提高学生的动手能力。牢固掌握有机化学的基础知识和基本操作技能,不仅有利于学生对药学专业知识的学习,也对日后承担科研和生产工作有极大的帮助。


Organic chemistry is an important professional foundation course for pharmacy majors, as well as a practical and widely applied discipline, which is the most basic means of exploring the unknown fields of pharmacy. Organic chemistry is also the basis for pharmacy students to learn analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, natural medicinal chemistry and pharmacology and other subsequent courses. The organic chemistry course includes two parts: theory and experiment. The theory course mainly introduces the naming, structural characteristics, physical properties, chemical properties, uses, sources and preparation methods of various organic compounds. The experimental course consists of basic operation experiments and synthesis experiments, which help students understand and master the chemical knowledge they have learned and improve their hands-on ability. A firm grasp of the basic knowledge and basic operational skills of organic chemistry is not only conducive to students' learning of professional knowledge in pharmacy, but also extremely helpful for undertaking scientific research and production work in the future.
