二、课程基本要求(或课程简介)

《物理化学》课程是药学专业的一门重要专业基础课。物理化学是从物质的物理现象和化学现象的联系入手, 探索支配化学体系性质和行为的基本原理、基本规律的科学。本课程的理论很多都是从生产实践中概括出来,因此,反过来它将为生产和科研服务。随着医疗技术的发展和医药研究的深入,药学的各个领域中正日益深广地与物理化学相结合,掌握好物理化学的原理和方法,对药学工作者来说是非常必要的。

药学专业的学生在继无机化学、有机化学和分析化学后学习本门课程,根据其专业要求,系统和重点相结合,选定化学热力学,相平衡,电化学,化学动力学、表面现象、溶胶、大分子溶液等作为本专业讲课和配套实验教学的基本内容。通过本门课程的学习能为学生后续的天然药物化学、药剂学、炮制学和中药鉴定等专业课程以及将来从事天然药物及药物制剂研究开发工作奠定良好的化学理论基础。


As an important fundamental and primary specialized course,physical chemistry, with the theories and the methods of physics to research chemistry change and phase change, is focused on the phenomena of physics and chemistry, and aims to find the fundamental discipline of the interrelated chemical change. Many of the theories in this course are summarized from production practice, therefore, in turn, it will serve production and scientific research. With the development of medical technology and the deepening of medical research, various fields of pharmacy are increasingly combined with physical chemistry, and it is very necessary for pharmacy workers to master the principles and methods of physical chemistry.

Students of pharmacy major will study this course after Inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry and Analytical chemistry. According to their professional requirements, they will systematically combine with key points to select Chemical thermodynamics, phase equilibrium, electrochemistry, Chemical kinetics, surface phenomena, sol, macromolecule solutions, etc. as the basic contents of lectures and supporting experimental teaching for this major. The study of this course can lay a good chemical theoretical foundation for students to follow up professional courses such as natural Medicinal chemistry, Pharmaceutics, processing and identification of traditional Chinese medicine, and to engage in the research and development of natural drugs and pharmaceutical preparations in the future.
