自古中医“医药同源”,古人学中医多从学中药开始,从认药、采药到制药、配方,边学中药边学中医,对中药的各种形状特征、药性功效等,都有较为全面的了解。《中药饮片识别》是一门主要面向中医学、中西医结合专业的学生开设的实验实训类课程,于第三学期中药房实践之后开设。课程结构:理论讲授、模拟中药房饮片复习、中药饮片识别考试及应用。通过本课程的学习,学生能够运用眼看、手摸、鼻闻、口尝等感官方法识别中药饮片的性状特征,为学生系统地学习中药饮片鉴别知识提供了理论基础,为中医专业学生更好地临床应用中药打下扎实的基础,也为更大范围地“医药相融”提供了参考。同时,也培养学生求真务实的治学态度、作风及良好的职业道德,促使学生完成知识的内化,让学生最终形成以“业”报“国”的社会责任感。
Since ancient times, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has adhered to the principle that medicine and pharmacology share the same origin. Historically, those studying TCM often began with learning about traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, progressing from recognizing and collecting herbs to processing and formulating them. This dual focus on herbal medicine and TCM allowed practitioners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various shapes, characteristics, and medicinal properties of herbs. The course Training on Recognition of Decoction-ready Herbal Medicines is an experimental and practical class primarily designed for students majoring in TCM and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. It is offered in the third semester, following the course“practice of a traditional Chinese pharmacy”. The course structure includes theoretical lectures, simulated reviews of a TCM pharmacy's decoction pieces, an identification exam, and practical applications. Through this course, students will learn to identify the characteristics of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces using their senses—sight, touch, smell, and taste. This provides a theoretical foundation for systematically learning the identification of these pieces, establishes a solid basis for clinical application of Chinese medicine, and offers a reference for broader integration of medicine and pharmacology. Additionally, the course fosters a rigorous and practical academic attitude, work ethic, and good professional ethics in students, encouraging them to internalize their knowledge. Ultimately, it aims to instill a sense of social responsibility in students to contribute to their country through their professional endeavors.
