二、课程基本要求（或课程简介）
《生药学》由上篇《药用植物学》和下篇《生药学》组成。上篇《药用植物学》的教学内容主要涉及植物形态学、植物解剖学、植物分类学理论知识，常见生药的原植物来源、形态学特征、产地、药用部位及功效的介绍，以及相关的实验方法与操作。通过《药用植物学》的学习，可为进一步学好《生药学》打下良好的基础。下篇《生药学》主要研究生药的质量和变化规律，探讨其资源和可持续利用。大多数生药来源于药用植物的全部或部分，教学内容主要包括生药的名称、来源、生产、采制、鉴定、化学成分、功效和药理作用等。本课程是药学专业的专业课，是一门实践性较强的课程。通过本课程的学习，要求学生系统掌握《药用植物学》和《生药学》的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，研究生药鉴定和品质评价的一般方法及实验技能，为培养合格的药学人才奠定基础。
The course consists of Pharmaceutical Botany and Pharmacognosy. The "Pharmaceutical Botany" teaching content mainly involves the theoretical knowledge of Plant morphology, Plant anatomy and Plant taxonomy, the introduction of the origin, morphological characteristics, distribution, medicinal part and efficacy of common crudedrugs, as well as relevant experimental methods and operations."Pharmaceutical Botany" can lay a good foundation for further learning of "Pharmacognosy". The "Pharmacognosy" teaching content mainly includes the name, source, production, preparation, identification, chemical composition, efficacy, and pharmacological effects of crude drugs.
This course is a professional course in pharmacy and has strong practicality.Through the study of this course, students are required to systematically master the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of Pharmaceutical Botany and Pharmacognosy, study the general methods and experimental skills of identification and quality evaluation of crude drugs, and lay the foundation for cultivating qualified pharmaceutical talents.
