本课程为中药学专业学生的专业基础实验课。它是建立在理化实验（一）、理化实验（二）基础上的后续课程。主要任务是介绍药学专业常用的色谱分析、光谱分析仪器，介绍这些典型仪器的结构与性质，学会使用常用仪器。通过各种仪器分析实验，培养学生严谨的科学作风和良好的实验素养。为后继专业课程的学习和将来从事中药类相关专业的工作打下良好基础。
Established on the foundation of Physics and Chemistry tests (1) and Physics and Chemistry tests (2) for the student majoring in TCM, the basic specialized experimental course presents some typical instruments commonly used in chromatographic analysis and spectral analysis in Pharmacy with their structures and features. Through each kind of instrumental analysis experiment, we hope they can operate the commonly used instruments correctly. Meanwhile, students equipped with the rigorous scientific attitude and the good experimental accomplishment will build a good foundation for the study of sequenced specialized courses and succeed in the work correlated to TCM in the future.
