基础药理学是研究药物与机体相互作用规律的一门科学，主要内容包括药物效应动力学和药物 代谢动力学。教学内容包括总论和各论。总论部分重点讲述药物效应动力学和药物代谢动力学的相关 概念及其影响因素。各论部分介绍作用于外周神经系统、中枢神经系统、内脏系统以及自身活性物质、 激素类、抗病原微生物、抗寄生虫病、抗恶性肿瘤等药物的类别，代表药的体内过程、药理作用、临床应 用、不良反应和禁忌症等。
该课程使学生系统熟知并能运用基础药理学的基本理论知识以及常用药的药理学相关知识，培 养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力，为其开展药理学研究和指导临床合理使用药物提供必要的基础。
Basic pharmacology is a science which studies the interactions between drugs and the body， mainly including the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic. The course includes the general princi- ples pharmacology and pharmacology of the major organ systems. The general principles part focuses on the related concepts and influencing factors of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Pharma- cology of the major organ systems introduce the intra-corporal process, pharmacological action, clini- cal application, adverse effect and contraindications of the drugs that act on peripheral nervous sys- tems, central nervous system and visceral system, also including some other drugs, such as auto al- lergic active compound, hormones, anti-pathogens, anti-parasitic diseases, anti-carcinoma and so on.
The course makes students familiar with and able to use the basic theoretical knowledge of ba- sic pharmacology and pharmacology-related knowledge of commonly used drugs. It will train the ability to analyze and solve problems, to provide the necessary basis for the pharmacological re- search and clinical rational use of drugs.
