二、Description
The course offers 70 hours of lectures on the interactions between drugs and living organisms, mainly about the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of commonly used drugs. The introduction part of the course deals with the basic concepts and mechanisms of drugs. The specialized part introduces the structure-function relationships, pharmacokinetic properties, pharmacological effects, mechanisms, clinical applications, and adverse reactions of the drugs that act on the peripheral nervous systems, the central nervous system, and the visceral systems. Included are also some other drugs, such as hormones and hormone antagonists, auto-allergic drugs, and antibacterial drugs. Lectures are in English.
In addition, this course offers 28 hours of laboratory work.
