二、课程基本要求（或课程简介）
药理学是研究药物与机体相互作用规律的一门科学，主要内容包括药物效应动力学和药物代谢 动力学。教学内容包括总论和各论。总论部分重点讲述药物效应动力学和药物代谢动力学的相关概念 及其影响因素。各论部分介绍作用于外周神经系统、中枢神经系统、内脏系统以及自身活性物质、激素 类、抗病原微生物、抗寄生虫病、抗恶性肿瘤等药物的构效关系、体内过程、药理作用、临床用途、不良 反应、禁忌症等。使学生系统掌握药理学的基本理论知识以及常用药物的药理学知识，培养学生分析 问题和解决问题的能力，为其临床合理使用药物和开展药理学相关研究提供基础。
Pharmacology is a science that studies the interaction between drugs and the body, including Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics．The teaching content includes a general introduction and various theories．The general part focuses on the related concepts of Pharmacodynamics and Pharma- cokinetics and their influencing factors．The other sections introduce the structure – activity relation- ship, pharmacokinetics, pharmacological action, clinical use, adverse reactions, contraindication, etc . of drugs that act on the peripheral nervous system, central nervous system, visceral system, as well as their own active substances, hormones, antigenic microorganisms, anti-parasitic disease, anti-malig- nant tumors, etc．To enable students to systematically master the basic theoretical knowledge of phar- macology and the pharmacology related knowledge of commonly used drugs, cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems, and provide a necessary foundation for clinical rational use of drugs and conducting pharmacology related research.

药理学是一门研究药物和机体相互作用规律,为疾病预防和合理用药提供基础理论、基础知识和 科学原理的基础课程。它是连接医学与药学、基础医学与临床医学的双重桥梁。内容包括总论、传出系 统药理学、中枢神经系统药理学、心血管药理学、内脏和激素系统药理学以及化疗药物药理学等。
Pharmacology is an essential course that studies the interactions between drugs and organisms, contributes basic theory, elementary knowledge and scientific principals to the prevention of diseases and the rational use of medicines. It is also a double bridge that links medicine and pharmacy, ba- sic medicine and clinical medicine. It includes general introduction, pharmacology of efferent system, central nervous system, cardiovascular system, internal organs and hormone systems, and pharmacolo- gy of chemotherapeutic medicines, etc.
