二、课程基本要求（或课程简介）
《中药新药药学研究技术与方法》自2006年起正式开设，为上海中医药大学国家级实验教学示范中心开设的特色综合实验课程，依托国家级虚拟仿真教学项目（一流本科课程）《中药新药研究虚拟综合性实验》，课程采用“线上-线下”混合式教学模式。以上市中药品种为研究对象，主要针对中药新药研制的相关研究方法和实验手段，综合运用中药学、中药鉴定、中药药化、药物分析、中药药理、中药药剂等多学科的知识，主要涉及中药新药研究中的药学部分，包括药材研究、制备工艺研究、质量标准和稳定性研究等内容。
课程旨在使学生了解新药研发的基本流程，掌握各模块专业实验的操作技能，熟悉中药新药研发的关键环节，培养系统科研思路，为今后从事中医药科学研究和生产实践奠定良好基础。
Pharmaceutical Research Techniques and Methods of TCM New Drugs, a course formally opened since 2006, is a special comprehensive experimental course offered by National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With the advantage of Virtual Comprehensive Experiments on TCM New Drugs, which is a National Virtual Simulation Teaching Project (a first-class undergraduate course), the course adopts a hybrid teaching mode of "online-offline". A listed TCM product is taken as the research target, the course mainly focuses on the research methods and experimental means related to the developments of TCM new drugs, comprehensively applies multiple discipline knowledges, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Authentication of Chinese Medicine, Chinese Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Analysis, Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicines and Pharmacy of Traditional Chinese Medicines. The course is mainly related to the pharmaceutical research in the developments of TCM new drugs, including studies on medicinal materials, preparation processes, quality standards and stability investigations, etc.
The course aims to enable students to fully understand the basic development process of TCM new drugs, to master the practical skills in professional experiment modules, to familiarize with the key sections in R&D of TCM new drugs, to cultivate systematic scientific research ideas, which will lay a good foundation for the students’ engagements in the scientific research and production practice in TCM-related fields.
