二、课程基本要求(或课程简介)

中药方剂药效学实验是以中医药理论为指导,用现代医学方法研究中药及方剂药理作用的一门综合性实验课程。本课程由中药、方剂、药理教研室合作开发,面向中医学专业(五年制、九年制)学有余力的学生开设,教学内容包括实操实验与探索性创新性自主实验设计两大部分。实操实验通过药理效应及其物质基础揭示中药功效、复方配伍的现代科学内涵;自主实验设计以单味中药或复方配伍(方剂)对中医证候模型动物的防治效应为主题,加深理解中药的药效学研究的一般程序、实验设计的基本要素与基本原则。实操实验与自主实验设计,两者相辅相成,融会动手操作、科学思维、批判精神、创新意识、健康理念、文化自信于一体。

The pharmacodynamics experiment of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription is a comprehensive experimental course, which is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and studied by modern medical methods. This course is designed for students of Chinese medicine specialty (five-year, nine-year) who have more than enough ability to study traditional Chinese medicine,and is jointly developed by the teaching and research department of Chinese medicine, prescription science and pharmacology, the teaching content includes two parts: the practical experiment and the self-designed experiment design reflecting exploratory and innovative. The experiment reveals the modern scientific connotation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the compatibility of compound prescription through pharmacological effect and its material basis. The main theme of the self-designed experiment design is the prevention and cure effect of single Chinesemedicine or compound prescription (recipe) on animal model of TCM syndrome, to deepen the understanding of the general procedure of pharmacodynamics research of traditional Chinese medicine, the basic elements and basic principles of experimental design. Practical experiment and self-designed experiment design complement each other and combine hands-on operation, scientific thinking, critical spirit, innovative consciousness, healthy idea and cultural self-confidence.
