二、课程基本要求（或课程简介）
药理学与中药药理学实验是以药理学和中药药理学理论为指导，运用动物实验方法，验证和研究 药物/中药与机体相互作用及作用规律的一门课程。
教学内容分为三部分。第一部分主要介绍药理学实验的基本知识、实验操作基本技能和药理学实 验基本方法；第二部分为药理与中药药理实验，包括神经、消化、呼吸、血液、心血管系统等药理/中药 药理实验；第三部分介绍药理学与中药药理学实验设计的基本思路和方法，学生在教师指导下进行中 药药理学自主实验设计。
通过本课程的学习，学生能验证药理学和中药药理学中某些重要的基本理论，加深对药理学、中 药药理学基本概念的理解；掌握药理学实验的基本方法和基本技能，了解药理研究的科学方法；并培 养学生解决问题和创新的能力，为今后进行中医药学的研究打下初步的基础。
Experimental course of Pharmacology and Pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica is to verify and study the interactive action of drugs/Chinese Materia Medica with living organisms under the guidance of the basic theory of Pharmacology and Pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica by us- ing method of animal experimentation.
The content of course includes three parts. The first part mainly introduces the basic knowl- edge of pharmacology experiment, experimental operation skills and basic pharmacology experiment methods. The second part is the pharmacology and herbal pharmacology experiment, including ner- vous, digestive and respiratory, blood, cardiovascular systems and other pharmacological experiments. The third part introduces the basic ideas and methods of experiment design of Pharmacology and Pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica, and students will be required to complete self-determia- tion experiment design of pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica under the guidance of teachers.
Through the study of the course, students are required to verify some basic theories in both Pharmacology and Pharmacology of Chinese Herbs to help to have a further understanding of basic pharmacological concept. They are to learn basic techniques of the pharmacological experiment and acquire to a certain extent the regular means of pharmacological experiment. Finally, their ability to solve problems and innovate can be developed for the purpose that they will be better prepared for further study traditional Chinese medicine.
