护理专业药理学课程主要由药理学基础和临床用药护理两大部分组成。药理学是研究药物和机 体相互作用的一门科学，主要研究内容是药物的药效动力学和药代动力学。总论部分介绍药理学的基 本概念和基本原理，各论部分介绍作用于外周神经系统、中枢神经系统、内脏系统以及自体活性物质、 激素类、抗病原微生物、抗肿瘤等药物的体内过程、药理作用、用途和不良反应。护理药理学紧密结合 以人的健康为中心的整体护理教育模式，其任务是研究护理人员在临床合理用药中的任务和作用，指 导护理人员在全面掌握药理学基本理论和基本知识的基础上，运用护理程序的方法合理用药、观察药 效和药物不良反应，防止和减少药源性疾病和事故的发生，以确保临床用药安全有效，提高护理质量 和医疗水平。
The course of Pharmacology in Nursing is mainly composed of two major parts: pharmacology basis and nursing for clinical medication. Pharmacology is a science which studies the interactions between drugs and organisms, mainly including Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics. The intro- duction part deals with the basic concept and principles of pharmacology. The specialized part intro- duce intracorporal process, pharmacological action, clinical application, and adverse reactions of the drugs that act on peripheral nervous systems, central nervous system and visceral system and other drugs, such as autoallergic active compound, hormones, anti-microbial agents, antineoplastic drug and so on. Pharmacology in nursing closely to human health as the center of the holistic nursing education mode, the task is to investigate nurses task and role in the rational use of drugs in the clinic, guidance for nursing staff in a comprehensive grasp on the basis of pharmacology, basic theo- ry and basic knowledge, using nursing procedure method for rational use of drugs, to observe the ef- ficacy and adverse drug reactions, prevent and reduce drug-induced disease and kiosks accidents, to ensure safe and effective clinical use of drugs and improve the quality of nursing and medical level.
